Legal notice
Why no jurisdiction is named
Because the operator has not been named, the place of establishment is unknown, and this site therefore cannot state which national law applies to it. It does not assert any particular country's statute. The .org top-level domain is used only as a web address and does not indicate that the operator is a non-profit or charity.
What the law generally requires
If the operator is established in the European Union or European Economic Area, or directs this service to people there, Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC (the e-Commerce Directive) requires that the following be made easily, directly and permanently accessible:
- the name of the service provider;
- the geographic address at which the provider is established;
- contact details, including an email address, allowing rapid, direct and effective communication;
- where the provider is entered in a trade or similar public register, the register and the registration number;
- where the activity is subject to an authorisation scheme, details of the relevant supervisory authority;
- for a regulated profession: the professional body, the professional title and the member state that granted it, and the applicable professional rules and how to access them;
- where the provider carries out a VAT-taxable activity, its VAT identification number.
Article 5(2) adds that where prices are given they must be clear and unambiguous, stating in particular whether tax and delivery are included.
Which national rule would apply
The Directive is implemented in national law — for example § 5 of the German Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (DDG), Article 3:15d of the Dutch Burgerlijk Wetboek, or Article XII.6 of the Belgian Code de droit économique. Which one applies depends on where the operator is established, which is unknown. Once the operator is identified, this notice must be completed against the correct national implementation.

What this site already tells you
Pending a full operator identity, the site states plainly that it is independent and not the official platform, that it sells nothing and cannot handle orders, how it handles data (it runs no tracking of its own), and its terms and disclaimer. None of that substitutes for the identifiable operator details required above.
