Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions this reference is built around. Where a question depends on the platform's current terms, the answer says so instead of guessing.

Does a failed page load mean Mulebuy has closed?
No. A page that will not load can be maintenance, a regional block, a rate limit or a temporary error. Equally, a page that does load is not proof that ordering works. We treat load state as a hint and re-check the current official site before relying on it; a single community post is not enough to declare a platform permanently closed.
What should I ask when photos are incomplete?
Name the exact view you are missing rather than asking for "more photos" — for example a straight-on close-up of a print, or the sole and insole of a shoe. The missing-photos guide lists the views a set should usually cover, and the extra-views guide shows how to phrase the request.
Can this website approve or return my order?
No. This is an independent reference. It cannot see your account, cannot place an order, and cannot approve, cancel or return anything. Those actions happen in your agent account under that agent's terms.
Are these images attributed to Mulebuy?
No. The main product image on each page is the source seller's listing photo, and the QC photos are the ones published on the source listing. They are not attributed to Mulebuy, they were not taken by this site, and they are not proof of authenticity.
Why do some items have no QC photos?
Of the 200 items here, 24 have no QC photos on their source listing yet. Rather than add stand-in images, those pages show an honest empty state. You can still find the item and ask an agent to take QC photos before the next step.
Is the US-dollar price what I will pay?
No. The price shown in Chinese yuan is the seller's listing price on the source page. The US-dollar figure next to it is an approximate conversion at a dated reference rate, marked as indicative. It is not a final price and it excludes the agent's service fee and all shipping.
Can a QC photo prove an item is authentic?
No. A QC check compares workmanship, colour, sizing, defects and mis-shipments against the order. It is not an authentication and cannot confirm a material, a measurement, durability or safety from a photo.
