Questions before the next order step

Once photos arrive there is usually a step where you approve the item and the order moves forward. Before you take it, it is worth settling a short list of questions — and confirming a couple of them against the current official pages rather than from memory or an old article.

Confirm the step itself

The exact name of this step and what it commits you to depend on the agent's current flow. We could not re-verify Mulebuy's approval and return wording at the time of writing, so this guide does not put words in the platform's mouth. Read the current official help pages for the step name, what approving it does, and what options remain afterwards.

Check the photos against the order

  • Does the item in the photo match the size, colour and style you ordered?
  • Is the quantity right, and is every piece of a set present?
  • Is there any visible defect from the visible-issues list you have not resolved?
  • Are the views you need actually there, or is one still missing?

Settle the open questions first

If a detail is unclear, ask for the specific view before approving rather than after. Approving usually narrows your options, so it is easier to resolve a doubt while the item is still in front of the agent.

What this site cannot do

This is a reference, not an account. It cannot see your order, approve anything, or start a return. Those actions happen in your own agent account, under that agent's current terms — see the status note for what we could and could not verify.

A QC check compares workmanship, colour, sizing, defects and mis-shipments against the order. It is not an authenticity test and cannot prove a material, a measurement or how the item will wear.
